I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. Since 2001, I have provided care and coaching to individuals and families through local clinics, schools, and churches. I also lead workshops on and write about marriage, parenting, child development, and therapy.

My ultimate goal for the individuals, couples, and families I work with in therapy is to learn how to live full, joyful, and meaningful lives. The therapeutic process allows opportunities for healing changes to begin, stirring new confidence and expectancy.

Do you need therapy? You may find it helpful to take a short quiz at PsychCentral.com or peruse the Explore Therapy section at GoodTherapy.org.
