“Intimate attachments to other human beings are the hub around which a person’s life revolves.”
-John Bowlby, Loss: Sadness, & Depression, Vol 3 (1973)

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. Since 2001, I have provided care and coaching to individuals and families through local clinics, schools, and churches. I also lead workshops on and write about marriage, parenting, maturity, and family therapy.

My ultimate goal for the individuals, couples, and families I work with in therapy is to learn how to live full, joyful, and meaningful lives. The therapeutic process allows opportunities for healing changes to begin, stirring new confidence and expectancy.
